The G0704 table is 2" narrower at 7 1/16". The 6" Kurt is 16" deep so less than half the vise is going to be on the table. The hold down bolts are 5.5" from the front of the vise. It's a decent mill for the price, but with the induction motor, it's for LIGHT duty only! Anything larger they about a 1/4" end mill, or a 1" face mill is over taxing the machine.
